Camp BEL Pledge Form
Camp BEL is hosting a Bowling Lock-in to help fund a new tractor and provide our scouts and venturers
with some group funding to help support their scouting activities. You don’t have to be a great
bowler to participate!! This event is about getting together with friends and family for a night filled
with fun games, food and cosmic bowling.

Important information:
Who: Anyone aged 11 years old and up
• Every NON-Scouting person must be accompanied by an active member.
When: February 17-18, 2013
• Doors locked: Feb. 17 @ 11:30 PM - Feb. 18 @ 7:00 AM
Where: Bowlerama Royale - 2086 Dundas Street East London, Ont. N5V 1R2
Cost: Minimum of $45.00/person
• Can be paid by the individual or
• Can collect pledges
What you get:
• Cosmic bowling all night Long • Unlimited Pop (as long as you keep the cup you are given) • Pizza at 2 am
** Any other food or beverages can be purchased through Bowlerama Royale's Snack bar. **
Please be aware that all of Scouts Canada's Bylaws, Policies and Procedures will be in effect.
Registration:
Registration opens at 10:30 PM and ends at 11:30 PM on February 17th. We ask that you aim to arrive as close to 10:30 PM
as possible as there is only a short time to get everyone registered. Please have the consent form,
pledge form and/or Money and medical fitness form completed before arriving.
** Please be aware that there will be a bag/purse check at registration to ensure that no prohibited Items are brought. **
Adult Supervision:
We will require a significant amount of assistance with Leadership for this event. Please contact Stewart

Adults not planning to bowl will only have to pay $20.00 for the Pizza and Pop.
